Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item delivered does not match the product ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of the issue (clear photos or videos) may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned after the return request period.
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit after verification.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
